Embroidery digitizing that stitches clean the first time
Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting a logo or image into a stitch file that tells an embroidery machine where to place every stitch. We digitize each design by hand, choosing stitch type, density, underlay and pull compensation to suit your fabric and your size, then deliver the file in the format your machine reads.

What you get
Stitch types matched to the art
Satin for borders and lettering, fill for large areas, run stitches for fine detail. Each element gets the stitch it needs.
Set up for your fabric
Density, underlay and compensation change between a polo, a fleece, a twill cap and a towel. Tell us the fabric and we adjust.
Smooth sequencing
Fewer trims and color changes mean the design runs faster and puts less strain on your machine.
Your machine, your format
Files arrive as DST, PES, EXP, JEF, HUS, VP3 and more, with a preview image and a thread color sheet.

Patch Digitizing questions
Do you make the physical patches?
No. We create the digitized stitch file and vector art you need to produce patches on your own machines or with your supplier.
What border style do you digitize?
Satin borders sized for your edge. Tell us your border width in the notes.
Can you digitize a patch from a small logo?
Yes. We often redraw the logo as vector art first so the stitch file follows clean edges.
Can patches include 3D puff?
Yes. Raised lettering can be added to a patch design.
