Digital products

If a paid digital product does not work on your device, contact us within 14 days of purchase at orders@digitizingtoday.com. We will try to fix the problem, and if we cannot, we will refund your payment.

Digitizing and vector art services

If a stitch file does not sew as expected, tell us and send a photo of the result. We will correct the file. If we cannot deliver a usable file, we will refund the order. Please see our terms, including the sample sew-out note.

Our free PDF tools are provided as they are, at no charge.
