Privacy Policy for our VR games

This Privacy Policy applies to TableQuest and CarnivalFun and every other VR game published by Digitizing Today.

Last updated: October 20, 2026

The short version

  • Our games do not collect your personal information. They keep your progress and settings on your headset only, and we cannot see them.
  • We do not sell your information, and our games show no ads.
  • Anyone, anywhere in the world, can ask us to delete their data. It is free. See Delete your data.

1. Who we are and what this covers

These games are made and published by Digitizing Today (also listed in app stores as Digitizingtoday.com), referred to here as “we”, “us” and “our”. This policy covers our games on Meta Quest headsets, including games installed from the Meta Horizon Store, and on any other store where we publish them.

It does not cover our website and embroidery digitizing services. Those are covered by our website privacy policy. The stores and your headset maker are separate companies with their own policies (see section 4).

2. Information the games handle

This table lists every kind of information our games collect, process or store, where it goes, and why.

Store statistics. Meta and Google, through their own developer tools, may give us summary statistics about our games, such as the number of installs, crash counts and the types of devices used. These come from the stores, are summarized, and do not include your name or email address. We do not add any third-party analytics to our games.

Device permissions. Our games ask for a device permission only when a feature needs it, and use it only for that feature. Anything a permission lets a game handle is listed in the table above.

What our games do not collect:

  • Your name, phone number or home address. We only have your email address if you email us.
  • Payment card details. Purchases, if any, are handled by the store.
  • Your precise location.
  • Photos, videos or camera images from your headset.
  • Your contacts or friends list.
  • Health or biometric data, including eye tracking and face tracking.
  • Audio from your microphone.
  • Crash reports or usage statistics sent by the game itself.
  • Your Meta user ID, display name or profile picture.

3. How we use information

We use the information in section 2 only to:

  • run the games, apply your settings and remember your progress;
  • answer your messages and give support; and
  • follow the law and protect our rights, players and games where required.

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing or profiling, and our games do not show third-party ads.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only in these cases:

  • The stores and headset makers. Meta and, where our games are sold there, Google collect and use information about you under their own policies, separate from this one. See the Meta Privacy Policy, the Supplemental Meta Platforms Technologies Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Legal reasons. If the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of players and of us.

5. How long we keep it

  • Progress and settings on your headset: until you reset the game or uninstall it.
  • Emails you send us: as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of your request. We delete them sooner if you ask.

6. Delete your data

Everyone can ask us to delete their data, wherever they live. It is free. We will never charge a fee or ask you to prove more than we need to find your data.

How to request deletion

  1. Data on your headset: uninstall the game. This removes everything the game saved on your device.
  2. Data we hold about you: email games@digitizingtoday.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us which game you play and the email address to reply to.
  3. Our reply: we confirm by email within 30 days and tell you what we deleted. If we hold nothing about you, we tell you that too.
  4. Data held by Meta or Google: manage or delete it in your Meta or Google account settings, because they hold it under their own policies.

Because our games keep your progress and settings on your headset, the only information we may hold about you is an email you sent us. You can still ask us to delete it using the steps above.

If we cannot delete something, for example because the law requires us to keep it, we will explain why in our reply. We delete everything else.

7. Your privacy rights

Whatever country you live in, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your information (see section 6); and
  • stop using your information for a purpose you object to.

We give these rights to every player, including players covered by laws such as the EU and UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act. To use them, email games@digitizingtoday.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact your local data protection authority.

8. Children

Our games are meant for players aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Meta requires a parent or guardian to manage the account of any child aged 10 to 12 (or the age set for their region) who uses a Meta Quest headset.

If you are a parent or guardian and think your child has sent us personal information, email games@digitizingtoday.com and we will delete it.

9. Security

Any information we hold is kept in password-protected accounts that only people who need it can open. Information that stays on your headset is protected by your headset’s own security and your account settings. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how our games handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect. If a change is important, we will also say so on our games page and in the store listing.
