Embroidery digitizing converts a logo or image into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can read. The file holds every stitch position, stitch type, thread color and sewing order.
How do I order from my phone?
Tap Upload artwork, take a photo of your logo or choose a file from your gallery, pick the service, placement, fabric, size and machine format, then send. You get a quote by email.
What file types can I upload?
Photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC), PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD and CDR. You can upload up to six files per order.
What machine formats do you deliver?
DST, PES, EXP, JEF, HUS, VP3, PCS, SEW, DSB, DSZ, EMB, OFM, CND and more on request.
How fast will I get my files?
Most designs are returned within 12 to 24 hours. Large or complex designs can take longer, and rush options are available.
Do you serve customers across the USA?
Yes. Everything is online. You upload artwork, we deliver files by email, and we work with customers in every US state.
Is my artwork kept private?
Yes. Your uploads are used only to prepare your order and are not shared or published without your permission.
What if I do not know the size or fabric?
Choose Not sure and add a note. We will ask follow-up questions before we start.
