Services
We provide embroidery digitizing and vector art files. We do not produce embroidered garments or patches.
Artwork rights
By uploading artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. You are responsible for any trademark or copyright claims about the artwork you send.
Quotes and orders
We email a quote before work starts. An order begins after you approve the quote.
Revisions
If a file does not stitch as expected, tell us and send a photo of the result. We will review and correct the file.
Sample sew-out disclaimer
Please perform a sample sew-out of this design on a scrap piece of fabric before proceeding to final production. We are not responsible for any garment or material damage caused by failing to test the digitized file beforehand.
Delivery
Files are delivered by email. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary for large or complex designs.
