Jacket back embroidery digitizing for large designs
Jacket back designs are often 10 to 12 inches wide and can run tens of thousands of stitches. At that scale, bad density turns a jacket into a stiff board and poor planning makes the design shift. We digitize large designs with balanced density, strong underlay and a sewing order that keeps the layers registered from the first stitch to the last.

What you get
Flexible, not stiff
Density is balanced across the design so the jacket still drapes and moves.
Registration planned
Sewing order keeps outlines and fills lined up on big designs, even on heavy fabric.
Detail kept, weight cut
Feathers, shading and fine lines stay sharp while stitch count stays reasonable.
Heavy fabric ready
Settings for denim, canvas and nylon, including push and pull allowances.

Patch Digitizing questions
Do you make the physical patches?
No. We create the digitized stitch file and vector art you need to produce patches on your own machines or with your supplier.
What border style do you digitize?
Satin borders sized for your edge. Tell us your border width in the notes.
Can you digitize a patch from a small logo?
Yes. We often redraw the logo as vector art first so the stitch file follows clean edges.
Can patches include 3D puff?
Yes. Raised lettering can be added to a patch design.
